with a comprehensive and seamless service delivery system for
recovery, health and wellness by highly qualified professionals.

JMHCA’s advocacy has centered on the following issues:

    - Increasing housing opportunities (increase the supported housing per bed rate, and the
    number of beds and the development of a new housing model in Orange County,)

    -Enhancing collaboration and partnership with county agencies
    (Community Leadership Symposium 1 Alliance, 1-1-05, Blue Ribbon Panel Symposium 6-25-05,
    Housing Resource Alliance, Operation Cease Fire)

    -Meeting the financial needs of our clinics

    -Promoting awareness about the services JMHCA members provide

    -Educating/ informing local and state legislators and local government about
    services/consumers needs

    -Promoting person –centered and recovery focused services that value families and cultural
    competence
